You will receive lots of in-house training. In the role, you will be making sure that customers love working with us. Operating within the Reactive IT Support Team the job holder will be responsible for reactively working on resolving issues quickly and efficiently on customer’s IT systems.
Located in our Cardiff office, you will be required to work with clients to resolve their IT related issues in an efficient and customer service focused manner.
Providing reactive support as part of a team meeting the following objectives:
Supporting customers via telephone, email, remote control and site visits
Ensuring tickets are resolved within the required timescales
Ensure tickets are dealt with in line with agreed KPIs
Implement and monitor a continuous improvement plan within your job role
Applying best practice fixes and solutions
Working with senior staff to report and escalate issues as required
Management of issues passed to Proactive team
