We work closely and strategically with our clients to understand their business plan and infrastructure before we recommend bespoke, cost effective, and innovative IT solutions. We are at an exciting stage of growth and we are looking for a Second Line IT Support Engineer to grow with us!

What will you be doing?

You will be a point of escalation as part of the support desk team. You will also have opportunities to work with the Infrastructure and Projects team with the rollout of innovative projects to support our customers.

  • Making our customers love us more through the engagement you have with them
  • Fixing technical issues for our customers via telephone, remote support or onsite visits.
  • Supporting other team members and promoting a ‘one team’ approach
  • When required, on-site installations and maintenance including assessments of customers’ existing solutions
  • Quickly and efficiently resolving tickets in line with agreed targets and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Mentoring and training new members of the team

What skills are we looking for?

  • Microsoft stack – Office 365 / Azure / SharePoint / Intune
  • Experience working on major projects as part of a team
  • Networking support including: Routers / Switches / Firewalls / vLANs / WiFi
  • Windows server knowledge including: Hyper-V / vSphere virtualisation
  • Remote support software
  • RMM tool knowledge, Datto desirable
  • Service desk knowledge – Autotask preferable
  • Endpoint Security software including: Malwarebytes / Webroot
  • General PC / Mac trouble shooting skills
  • Telephony / Cloud VoIP systems experience
  • Cloud Backup Solutions
  • Mentoring and skills sharing experience, desirable
