We expand our support team

we’ve been steadily growing our customer base and thought it was about time to expand our team. We’ve taken on a new member of staff in our 3rd tier of support (the super techie people) who has a lot of IT security and Microsoft server experience. He also loves using linux, which quite frankly is a bit strange. It means we able to offer a great depth of services to our existing (and new) customer base.
